Sedgwick, a global company recognized for its expertise in risk and claims management, and our medical director, are available to discuss incidents or concerns with our insureds. To ensure quality care and performance, we do regular reviews of both office functions and clinician documentation. These reviews provide performance scores with productive feedback as well as informative and pertinent bulletins and webinars that address the latest risk factors facing the medical field today.
Finally, we aren’t offering participation in our company to just any physician in every state and county. We are intensely focused on the defense of our physicians and have had great success in the territories where our insureds practice. We are very thorough with underwriting our insureds.
