Prior Acts Coverage

Prior Acts Coverage, also known as Nose Coverage, allows an insured to be covered for liability losses resulting from medical procedures performed prior to joining Red Clay and reported during the policy term. Any clinician who is already a part of Red Clay or who is actively applying that wishes to purchase Prior Acts Coverage need only provide a retroactive date. Procedures performed after this date are retroactively covered, provided that the actions took place within the states covered by Red Clay. Red Clay will not provide coverage for any act that is currently being covered by another provider.
