Our Policies
Red Clay RRG offers different policies in order to best serve the needs of our diverse set of insureds. If you are a clinician practicing within the states Red Clay serves, we could offer you coverage based on your specialty. Our policies are claims-made; for more information, please click here to refer to the Claims-Made page. Our policies cover the following clinicians:
- Physicians
- Standalone Midlevel Providers
- Endorsed Midlevel Providers
- Slot Policies
Individual Policies: Physicians and Standalone Midlevel Providers
Holders of individual policies are required to purchase equity in Red Clay RRG. Our individual policies cover both the individual policyholder and their organization. The limits on these policies are shared between the covered clinician and their organization if both are named in a suit.
Endorsement Policies: Endorsed Midlevel Providers and Slots
Midlevel clinicians can be covered under the policy of either a physician, or if part-time, under a slot as an endorsed provider. These endorsed providers share the limits of whichever policy they are endorsed under.
Additional Policies
Red Clay offers extended reporting and allows retroactive dates prior to start dates. Coverage will depend on the states where prior acts were performed. Our medical director will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our coverages.
