In the event the insured elects to leave the RRG, does the RRG provide immediate payment of the stock at the current stock price?
There is a two-step process for redemptions to be paid. First, the Board will approve
the redemption, and second, the liquidity of the insurance company will be taken into
consideration. If the exit of a Shareholder were to put the RRG in a precarious
position from a cash flow standpoint or an equity perspective, then the Board would
have the right to stagger or postpone the payment of the stock redemption. Since
inception in 2008, there have been no redemption payments delayed for any reason.
